- BIS_fnc_priorityQueue_InitInitialize the Priority Queue data structure. The Priority Queue is sorted on inserting. Bigger numbers are set on higher indexes.
- BIS_fnc_priorityQueue_IsEmptyChecks if the Queue is empty
- BIS_fnc_priorityQueue_IsFullChecks if the Queue is full
- BIS_fnc_priorityQueue_PopItemPops the item with the highest priority from the Queue (item with highest index). The item is removed from the Queue. Complexity: O(1)
