As of writing (ver. 1.37) BIS_fnc_call is only a wrapper for BIS_fnc_spawn. Both functions use call to execute the code.
Description
Execute given code with or without parameter.
Note
Arma 3: Since Arma 3 v1.50, use remoteExec/remoteExecCall instead.
