Returns wind strength and direction.
Note
Advanced Helicopter Flight Model: For this command to have any effect, the Advanced Flight Model (AFM) has to be enabled. AFM status can be checked with difficultyEnabledRTD.
Syntax

Returns: Array with [windStrength, windDirection]
