# lbColor

*Command · GUI Control - ListBox · Arma 3 v0.50 · introduced in Operation Flashpoint v1.75*

## Description

Returns the text color of the item with the given index of the [CT_LISTBOX](../topics/CT_LISTBOX.md) or [CT_COMBO](../topics/CT_COMBO.md) with IDC of the topmost user [dialog](../commands/dialog.md).

## Syntax

### Syntax 1

```sqf
lbColor [idc, index]
```

**Parameters:**

- `idc`: [Number](../topics/Number.md) - control IDC
- `index`: [Number](../topics/Number.md)

**Returns:** [Color (RGBA)](../topics/Color.md)

### Syntax 2

```sqf
control lbColor index
```

**Parameters:**

- `control`: [Control](../topics/Control.md)
- `index`: [Number](../topics/Number.md)

**Returns:** [Color (RGBA)](../topics/Color.md)

## Examples

### Example 1

```sqf
_colour = lbColor [101, 0];
```

### Example 2

```sqf
_color = _control lbColor 0;
```
